Guests will enjoy modern décor and amenities throughout this 3,800-square-foot contemporary home with multiple entertainment spaces, a private hot tub, and spectacular views.
Just a 3-block walk to the main street and one block to the free skier shuttle, Harris House is in the heart of everything Breckenridge has to offer.
An inviting open floor plan includes high tongue and groove ceilings with elegant beams, wood floors, and upscale rustic charm. A gourmet kitchen features a farmhouse sink, a beautiful granite countertop island with seating for 4, and high-end stainless-steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is an elegant dining area that seats 10, with a wet bar and comfortable seating.
The great room offers a cozy sectional sofa, striking stone ambient fireplace, TV, and plenty of natural light.
Enjoy the enticing outdoor area with a gas fire pit, grilling area, and hot tub, all with views of the ski mountain.
The primary king suite is on the upper level with beautiful mountain views, a gas fireplace, a TV, a work desk, and a private deck. An ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and dual sinks. On the main level is a king room with a twin sleeper chair, and an ensuite bath.
Retreat to the lower-level family room with an extra-large sectional sofa, TV, and wet bar. Three beautifully furnished and designed bedrooms include a king suite with an ensuite bath, a king room with a twin trundle and ensuite bath, and an inviting bunkroom with two extra-long twin bunk beds and a hall bath.
Other amenities include a laundry room and large mudroom with plenty of ski and gear storage, and a 2-car garage. (Note: in winter, there is no other outside parking at the home due to snow removal.) TV service is streaming only and includes YouTube TV.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day.
