We are offering this wonderful interior designed Jacksonville Beach Condo located at 922 1st St. S. Master suite offers ocean views, ceiling fan / light combo, bamboo floors, king size bed, LCD TV and computer desk / workstation. En-suite Master bathroom with large walk-in glass tile shower, custom cabinetry, his and hers elevated vessel sinks, granite countertops & large walk in closet with custom shelving. The front guest bedroom with ocean views has a queen size bed, ceiling fan / light combo and a standard size closet. The back guest bedroom with city views has a queen size bed, TV ( no cable, but has DVD player), ceiling fan / light combo and standard size closet. Full size guest bathroom with tub / shower combo, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and vessel sink. Spacious kitchen with ocean views is fully equipped with breakfast bar seating for 3, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, wide over-under refrigerator and GE oven and cook top, wrap around granite countertops, large walk in pantry and stackable washer and dryer. Large Dining room seats 4 and has ocean views. Spacious family room is open to dining room and has great ocean views, access to covered porch, comfy sectional leather sofa, LCD TV, DVD player. Covered porch with rocking chairs. Two dedicated parking spaces available with additional parking across the street. There is a key accessed elevator as well. Bamboo wood flooring throughout condo. Tile flooring in bathrooms. Small pets ( 2 max) with owner approval and pet deposit / non refundable pet fee.Combined pet weight may not exceed 65 lbs per association rules.
