Positive: We loved our stay, the apartment was as on the pictures, spacious, in the beautiful location of beautiful Alps, very easy to check in online and amazing customer service through the communication by emails. The free ticket for public transport was a big bonus, the bus stop was beside the apartment so it was very easy to get to the centre(about 2 minutes) or anywhere else between Zell am See and Kaprun (especially on the way back up a quite a steep hill;)
Negative: We just missed access to the hoover or a washing line as we were there for 5 days but we made it work and we did enjoy it,hoping to come back! 😊
