Large master studio with en suite private bathroom. There`s a private entry door (with keypad entrance) ensuring that the space is all yours . Room has canopy bed and sofa bed. *There is no kitchen* but typical hotel amenities are included. The en suite bathroom has a standing shower, double sinks and private toilet. Note again, there are no common areas with the main house.
This is the lower, ground-level unit of the home. You will not have to share walls with anyone. You will have your own private unit with bath and backyard patio access. It is very spacious, quiet and relaxing.

This is a very quiet, residential neighborhood. You will be surrounded by mostly single-family homes. A few blocks from Balboa Park and all it has to offer and walking distance (less than 1.0 mile) to downtown North Park and Hillcrest.
Close to everything. Reach the Gas Lamp, Coronado, beaches, the zoo, Little Italy, the airport and just about everywhere by car in less than 15 minutes or by a $5 - $15 Uber/Lyft ride.

Parking: If you have a car, there is usually plenty of street parking available during the day near our place (there are no permits, street cleaning, etc. to worry about). At nights, though, it can be difficult to find parking in front of the studio, so plan accordingly.
No washer and dryer available. Nearest laundromat is just a couple of blocks away.
