Just steps to the beach, this 4 bedroom 2 bath home has an updated kitchen with quartz countertops, new cabinets, all stainless appliances and a little private deck facing the street. There is new vinyl plank flooring throughout, as well as updated bedrooms with new coastal themed furniture. The 1st floor has a comfortable sitting area with sectional couch and smart TV, allowing kids to have their own space while parents entertain in the open concept living area upstairs. First floor also has a full bath and 3 bedrooms: One has a queen bed, another has two twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has a full bed and one twin bed.
