You will find one of the two primary bedrooms on this level. A spacious King Bedroom with Private Bath, TV, and access to your own Ocean facing deck. There is also a contemporary Queen bedroom with access to the hall bath which can be shared with the Third Bedroom. a Twin-over-double bunkset with Flat Screen TV.
The kitchen and dining room are “dressed to impress” with updated cabinets, backsplash, chefs sink, and stunning Quartz countertops. The dining area offers seating for twelve, while the breakfast bar offers seating for an additional four guests. Enjoy dining al fresco on the East facing screened in porch or enjoy a Sandbridge sunrise on one of the decks. The living area is bright, airy, and spacious with picture windows that nearly run from floor to ceiling. It's a great spot to reflect on the day's adventures.
On the first level of this home you will find the second primary bedroom. A brightly decorated King, with Flatscreen TV, and an enormous, jetted tub.
