Crooked Creek Inn is a spacious 3-bedroom luxury home tucked in the beautiful gated community of Yonahlossee! Enjoy access to club amenities such as a heated indoor pool, fitness facility, and game tables for a small fee! Just 15 minutes to downtown Boone and Blowing Rock, this home makes the perfect mountain escape for year-round adventures!
The living room features soaring ceilings, a gas log fireplace, flat screen TV, and large windows overlooking the rushing creek waters that traverse the back of the property, flowing to the Watauga River. An oversized kitchen opens to the dining room, also with a view of the falling waters and dense forest. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking items and utensils needed to cook meals. There is a drip coffee maker available, as well so be sure to pack your favorite coffee grounds and filters! The dining table seats 6 guests comfortably.
Down the hall you'll find a large bedroom with a king size bed, large TV, and full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Head upstairs to find the luxurious master bedroom, complete with a king bed and a twin day bed with a twin trundle underneath. The large bathroom featuring double vanities, a tile shower, and separate soaking tub! Perfect spot to unwind after a long day of hiking on the Blue Ridge Parkway!
On the lowest level you'll find another bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom with a walk in shower. Also on this lower level, adjacent to the bedroom, is a twin-over-full bunk bed along with a Foosball table and shuffleboard! There is deck access from both the main level and the lowest level, offering plenty of space for family and friends to spread out to enjoy morning coffee while taking in the sights and sounds of nature. There is also a hidden staircase that leads down to the creek for kids to play! When it's time to head to town, you'll find yourself minutes from all popular area attractions Boone has to offer! Not to mention, you'll be .6 miles to the GameKeeper Restaurant!
Additional notes:
-This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Enjoy access to parts of Yonahlossee Resort amenities for a small fee! Guests must pay a $10 per day per person base fee to use the pool, gym, and game room. If more than 3 people, the base fee will be $25 for club use. Guests do not have access to play tennis and pickleball when staying at this home.
- Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- This property does not offer a cable package, only streaming services on the smart TVs.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- There is enough parking for 4-5 vehicles.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
