Positive: I guess it's all about what you're after. Nice rustic home in the woods. great driveway, not on top of a mountain(good thing). More privacy than we expected from the neighbors .overall, nice place.
Negative: C***** TV's ,dirty windows ,doors that were one step from broken. Just missing some of the niceness that some would expect, but dare I say made it What a cabin in the wood should feel like. Fair price for what you're getting. Just don't expect to much.
