This new house is organized around a large friendly space consisting of its cathedral living room, a dining room and an American kitchen. It has 3 bedrooms for 9 beds. The first one is a large master suite with a bed on the mezzanine, a small lounge area with a sofa bed and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom opens onto the garden and the 3rd bedroom in the attic will welcome your children. The very spacious terrace and the small garden, facing south, ideal for your lunches and dinners outdoors, offer a nice view of the wooded neighborhood.
The house is located in a peaceful area of Angoulins, 400m from the sea. The small port of Plaisance is 20 minutes' walk away, the sandy beaches of La Platรจre and Chรขtelaillon are close and accessible by bicycle via the cycle paths that run along the coast or through the marshes.
