Located right in Downtown Loveland, this unique home is a convenient minutes walk to a brand new movie theater, a variety of delicious restaurants, coffee shops and quaint downtown stores. Whether you may be looking for a nice night in with yard games and fun with friends, or for more of a night life experience in the thriving next-door downtown area, The Cozy Downtown Hideout is sure to provide a unique and comfortable experience.

Upon entry to The Cozy Downtown Hideout, you will be greeted with a comfortable living room appointed with original hardwood floors, smart TV, record play with a variety of records, comfortable sectional sofa and eclectic décor. The kitchen is conveniently located adjacent to the living room, ready to cook your favorite home cooked meals and is fully stocked with all of the essentials. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king bed, large smart TV and laptop friendly desk for taking care of business when needed. The queen guestroom is located off of the living room with a desk, armoire and large windows that bring in the daylight. An additional bedroom is furnished with a futon and shelving with games and books for your enjoyment. A spacious full bathroom is just off of the main living area. Towards the back of the home, there an unfinished room perfect for storage of items such as bikes if you may decide to bring them.

Hoping to enjoy some relaxing backyard fun? A fully fenced in backyard area with wood chips and section of grass awaits an evening cocktail hour with yard games under the string lights. Beanbag toss and a outdoor grill are available for your use. A picnic table for outdoor dining and a loveseat swing make for a nice area to soak in some Colorado sunshine.

The Loveland area has several beautiful community trail systems for those who may enjoy walking or biking the multi-use areas. The Big Thompson Trail follows the Big Thompson River that meanders through town and a great one to check out. The Chilson Center, just minutes away is a perfect recreation center for those who may be looking to keep up a fitness routine away from home. Loveland is a great community known as the Gateway to the Rockies, and has an artistic side with the many bronze foundries that attract sculptures throughout the world.

This wonderful sculpture park has meandering trails adorned with monumental stone sculptures from Zimbabwean artists spread throughout 26 acres. Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies.
