The space
Entrance: Walk through the white-picket fence up a brick paved walkway to the cheerful red front door. To the left, a paved walkway leads to a side gate, from which you have direct access to the backyard.
Kitchen: The spacious kitchen features a large granite island with five stools perfect for informal family gatherings. The full sized refrigerator, stove, and microwave make it easy to prepare your favorite meals, and the double sink and dishwasher make clean up a breeze. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, utensils, and glassware. A Keurig coffeemaker is provided for your morning coffee.The brown wood cabinets and unusual coral and oyster backsplash help reinforce the beach theme of the cottage.
Living Room: Open to the kitchen, the living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a full sized couch, love seat, and armchair. A white drop-leaf table is the perfect breakfast spot. Neutral tiled floors and a soft palette of taupe, blue, and white provide a relaxing feel. A sliding glass door provides a view of the backyard and pool.
Backyard: Through the sliding glass door, you step onto a wooden deck with plenty of comfortable and stylish outdoor seating. There is a retractable awning for sunny days and the pole is located under the couch in the living room. From the deck, you can enjoy a view of the plunge pool complete with a relaxing rock waterfall. An outdoor shower is perfect for washing off the sand before taking a dip in the pool. A charcoal grill is provided for your backyard bbq.
Bedroom 1: Spacious 1st floor bedroom with plush queen bed, electric fireplace (great for ambiance and winter evenings), and Smart TV. Dressers, closet, and nightstands provide ample storage. Ceiling fan with light is nice on warmer days. Across the hall is the first floor bathroom.
