This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house located in the Bethany West Community is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on a wooded lot. Just an easy bike ride to downtown Bethany or take the trolley which stops nearby every half hour. There are two community swimming pools, tennis courts, and a clubhouse with many activities! The house offers a well equipped kitchen for easy prep of meals at home. Enjoy a morning coffee and evening dinner on the screened porch. The first-floor primary bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A spiral staircase leads to the loft/balcony and 2 additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds, another with a full-size bed. The rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom.

One parking pass for the town of Bethany (for posted residential streets - not meters) is provided and access to the trolley is located throughout the neighborhood.
