Summary: The house sits in a quiet and SAFE neighborhood just a 10 minute walk from BEAUTIFUL Old Town Cottonwood. The house is a charming old home that has been kept up to date and includes 2 bedrooms, a gas fireplace, big flat screen tv, and a bathroom with an AMAZING shower setup. The backyard is a real feast for the eyes. A beautiful stone patio decorated with an array of wonderful accents and furniture sits just inside the picket gate. Beyond that is a series of raised garden beds and trellises holding the various fruit bearing plants that make up an organic garden. The owners were beyond friendly and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I really cannot speak highly enough about this place and the owners. 5 STARS EASY!
