This delightful waterfront cottage is just a few steps to Soquel Creek, the "River" and a private waterfront garden escape. Fully furnished, the cottage offers one bedroom and bath plus a Murphy bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen, dining area and deck.
Recent storms did not damage this house or most of the Village. Shops and eateries are thriving. Guests are greatly enjoying the water view deck. Washer/dryer are in the garage.
Guests may park one car in the left side of the garage and one in the center of the carport on the street behind it. Relax by the "River" or stroll to the Village or Beach. Shadowbrook restaurant and many other favorites are nearby. Grocery stores, banks etc. are about 1/2 mile away. Feel free to ask Janet, the property manager for a tour of Capitola.
