Welcome to our Corvallis Country guest suite. This furnished 2-suite upstairs-downstairs apartment is located just 4 miles south of Corvallis, in the country. Enjoy the peace and serenity of living in the country – directly across the road is an 80-acre hazelnut orchard; berry fields and farms are close-by.
Inside, this unique apartment has 2 connected suites - one upstairs and one downstairs.
Downstairs includes a twin bed, dinette and chairs, loveseat and chair, new kitchen addition and bathroom with walk in shower (no tub). The loveseat is also a twin sleeper.
Upstairs includes a queen bed, separate study/hobby room with large built-in desk, kitchenette and half-bath.
The apartment is located at one end of a building, and has its own private entrance and parking area. This is the only apartment in this building. This was the site of a family business - the business has since moved to a new location; the former business offices were remodeled into this apartment.
Utilities included are water, sewer, garbage, Internet service, and electricity.
Both upstairs and downstairs are equipped with room air conditioning for summer comfort.
The apartment is newly renovated using quality materials throughout. All windows are fitted with beautiful real wood blinds. All cabinets are solid oak - as is the large built-in desk in the upstairs studio. The kitchen is newly built - with new appliances.
The apartment is furnished with all linens, bedding, towels, dishes, and cookware.
NO SMOKING is allowed inside the apartment or anywhere on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: The apartment does not have cable TV service. There is an antenna that does receive many local channels - including ABC, NBC, CBS, and OPB.
