This beautiful four bedroom condo is located just three blocks from Restaurant Row. Easy access to the gondola by short walk or shuttle which stops on the corner every 20 minutes. All bedroom are en suite. Primary bedroom includes large bathroom with dual sinks and a steam shower with bench. There are queen beds and a flat screen television in each of the suites. The living space has an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen including built in dining area, living room with flat screen television and fireplace, and a deck off of the living room where guests can enjoy the view of Aspen Mountain. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as an on site laundry room. One off street parking space plus a guest pass are provided with the rental. Finishes include walnut floors, maple cabinetry, stone fireplace, river stone in all bathrooms and beautiful linens.

Summary: This condo has 4 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, lots of storage in each room & a full bathroom in each. Smart tv’s in each room plus living room. Location to town is walkable. The only slight downside was the size of the living room. It only seats 4 comfortably in a unit that sleeps 8. We cooked every morning & almost every night & while functional the oven/range could use an upgrade.
