Summary: This was the third time I stayed at a property managed by GPS. Things seemed to get progressively worse on each stay. The first stay was ok but the the condo was not well prepared for guests. Old unraveling towels and not enough of them. The second stay about the same but the toilets did not function properly. The third was the worse, the condo was in poor condition. The ceiling tiles were out of place, the air conditioner did not shut off and leaked water. The washer leaked and flooded the laundry area. I was moved to a new condo that was in nicer condition but the TV did not work and the internet connection was horrendous. The property manager Gustavo is a nice guy and was attentive but GPS needs to conduct the necessary due diligence at their properties to ensure everything is operating properly and the condos are clean and well equipped for their customers.
