Located inside one of the most exclusive condominiums in Acapulco, MAYAN ISLAND (next to the hotel VIDANTA before MAYAN) completely closed, with security and attention to the guest 24hrs.
It has 3 comfortable ROOMS that will make you feel at a boutique hotel comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests:
LAVENDER ROOM: 1 King size bed, independent AC, terrace overlooking the sea, dressing room, bathroom with toilet and separate shower, whirlpool tub, safe, dryer, iron. Enough linen and bath towels.
MINT ROOM: 2 double beds, Air Conditioning. Independent. balcony towards the lake / gardens, bathroom with shower and tub. Enough linen and bath towels.
MARINE ROOM: 2 double beds, 3 single beds, Air Conditioning. independent, bathroom with shower and tub. Enough linen and bath towels.
LARGE LIVING-DINING ROOM for 8 people with air conditioning, completely folding window with exit to the terrace. Equipped with TV screen 60 ", IZZI, Blu ray, NETFLIX, WIFI.
Large terrace with dining area for 6 people and excellent view of the sea, gardens, lake and swimming pools.
KITCHEN:
Dishwasher. Micro. Refri. Grill Electric oven, Nespresso and Dolcce Gusto coffee machines. Fondue. Sandwich maker, blender, cutlery, glasses, crockery, cooking utensils. COCINERA service (additional cost $ 500 x day).
ENTERTAINMENT:
- exclusive beach furniture: 2 new tents, 8 comfortable chairs (wide backrest), 2 sun loungers, 2 tables. Cooler, plastic cups and utensils to botanize comfortably on the beach.

Other things to note
Important to consider that MAYAN ISLAND condominium management will require these payments upon check-in:
- $ 5,000 MXN guarantee deposit in cash, which will be refunded at check out if there were no damages / fines x breach of the regulation
