This beautiful home in Middlesex was recently renovated in 2023, boasting wonderfully curated indoor and outdoor spaces - the perfect place to experience a getaway beyond words. The house is in a private beach community within close walking distance to Middlesex Beach, secluded and guarded for fantastic water adventures. A short drive will take you to Bethany Beach or Fenwick Island, where you can enjoy the many attractions, sights, and eateries.
This multi-level level home offers a radiating inviting space and playful hues. Enjoy comfortable furnishing in the living area on the first level. The appointed chef in the group creates culinary charms in the newly expanded kitchen, with plenty of brand-new appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, a delightful space to gather and recount the day. Curl up with a good book on the beautifully furnished screened porch, or head out on the wraparound deck to take in the fresh, breezy air.
When it's time to hit the lights, the coveted primary bedroom will be blissful, featuring deck access and a primary bath. Additional amenities include a powder room, outdoor shower, and a private washer/dryer.

Summary: This was our 9th consecutive year in this property, three owners, and it is up for sale again so the future is uncertain. The house and location have suited our needs beautifully. Short walk to the beach - Middlesex Beach - a lovely neighborhood we have enjoyed very much. The house and grounds have not been cared for as well as it should for the last few years but nothing so egregious as to keep us from enjoying our vacation. The more serious issues we raised were addressed. Lovely older beach home.
