Welcome to my home! I welcome you in my 33 square meters flat in the heart of the 12th district of Paris, located on the 1st floor without lift. It is ideally located 10 minutes walk from the Bois de Vincennes, and close to public transport. You can walk in this residential area and discover Paris easily! Enjoy your stay! :) ## Logement Located in Paris, the flat is quiet: the alley is closed by gates, so there is no traffic. It is composed of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom and a nice living room with a television. You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay, such as Coffee machine (Nespresso), Dishwasher, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer and Washing machine. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The neighbourhood is very close to the Bois de Vincennes, where you can go jogging. The François Mitterrand Library is 20 minutes away by public transport. The Buttes Chaumont park is 35 minutes away by metro, and the Palais du Louvre is 30 minutes away. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favourites with you! A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller. ## Emplacement The 12th arrondissement of Paris is one of the arrondissements before even considering the immense Bois de Vincennes which is attached and is twice its surface area. Excluding the neighboring districts of Bastille, Gare de Lyon and Bercy, the 12th arrondissement is located in the faubourgs. La Coulée Verte, or walkway are located near the Place de la Bastille, at the crossroads between Rue de Lyon and Rue de Charenton, and extends to the Peripherique, following an old railway line, which transported goods to the port of the Arsenal. ## Transports Metro/Bus: Line 8 (Michel Bizot station): 1 min walk. Line 6 (Bel-Air station): 7 minutes on foot. From Paris Charles de Gaulle airport: 1 hour by metro/RER. From Gare de Lyon : 15 mn by metro.
