Villa Perica is located in the neighbourhood of Santa Maria de Llorell between the nice seaside resorts Tossa de Mar (3km) and Lloret de Mar (8km) and looks out on the green hills and the Mediterranean Sea. It has its own sandy beach, supermarket, restaurant, several communal swimming pools, an internet cafe, and a carp pond. There is a parking lot at the beach and on the beach is a nice bar where you can order nice small meals. The neighbourhood is closed off by a guard and a barrier (upon arrival at Santa Maria de Llorel you pay 10 euro per car for an entry permit to the neighbourhood). As a result not everybody can simply enter the neighbourhood or access the beach.
