Positive: Lovely accommodation in a great area. Short walk from the bazaar and Gjirokaster castle. The host Joana provided directions to get to the property by car and also directions to the main attractions in the town. The room was very cosy with a comfy bed, nice lighting, and good storage. The breakfast area had cute lights and a gorgeous view of the castle and valley. Joana is an amazing, kind, and thoughtful host who gives amazing recommendations for things to do in the area. She picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off when we were leaving which saved us walking up a steep hill. The breakfast she provides is delicious and rotated options of Albania good across the stay so we weren’t eating the same thing everyday. We had an absolutely amazing stay and would highly recommend Joana’s accommodation to anyone visiting Gjirokaster!
