The property is very close to the highway for easy access to downtown Palmer and Wasilla.
Property is 45 minutes from the Airport and 10 minutes from MatSu Regional Hospital. Great restaurants, hiking, site seeing, skiing and much more nearby. Skeetawk ski area is 15 minutes away.
There is a cooler provided for road trips next to the wood bin.

Firepit Use:
For safety, please do not use the firepit when it’s windy.
Firewood is provided in between the bungalows in the fire wood box.
Before heading to bed, make sure the fire is fully out.
We provide a New Blackstone for your use while visiting, please make sure to clean all debris after use with provided brush and scraper in drawer in the kitchen.
Smoking & Vaping: You’re welcome to smoke or vape outdoors only. Please note: any smoking inside will result in a $500 fee.
