Summary: This is an apartment in an ideal location with an excellent view from the balcony. You can walk into Lavandou in 15 mins or so and the Port is 5 mins in the other direction. Food shopping is easy with or without a car. The apartment itself is very clean and very well equipped. The extra fridge in the utility room is especially handy.The balcony is fantastic! A large table and chairs is provided and you could spend hours sitting watching the boats, the water skiers, joggers etc 😊 There are a lot of very attractive beaches within a few minutes drive. We also went to Toulon and Hyeres the latter being particularly nice. Mme Martin is an exceptionally nice person, very quick to reply to emails and thoughly pleasant. We thank her very much. Recommended without reservation
