Wow this house is OLD. If you like OLD meets COOL this is the home for you! Our home is a newly renovated Victorian home built in 1870. We are located 6 minutes from Drake University and 4 minutes from Wells Fargo Arena and other downtown locations. Our home has a lot of beautiful original features such as hardwood trim, doors, stained glass windows, and fireplace. We took design inspiration from the last century for the decor and provided modern updates throughout the home to allow for the best of both worlds This property is great for larger groups looking to enjoy the historical charm.

You have the entire space to yourself. This property includes parking on the property and free street parking.

Home is minutes from downtown. You can walk about 2 blocks to a bus stop on 6th ave or call an uber.
