Summary: Myself and our friends enjoyed a 4 day trip to Newark. The property is off a quiet road with fenced in backyard. The tvs and Wi-Fi were nice. One large issue with cleanliness that was resolved quickly with other minor cleanliness issues throughout. The hvac doesn’t have the capacity to push air throughout the whole house so it may be warm in the summer, but we were able to open windows and keep the house cool. It should be noted the twin beds in the guest rooms are air mattresses. All ceiling fans are loose and wobble heavily when running. All in all a decent place to stay with a couple fixes will be great.
