It is in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards, and the outskirts of the village Aspiran lies this charming set. You are between the towns of Clermont l' Herault and Pezenas with all the amenities, and on the same time in a quiet bucolic landscape with beautiful views on the surrounding hills.
From this place of stay, it is very easy to radiate towards cultural and natural interest spots.
History buffs will be able to explore Pezenas at 13 km, the village of Molière ; Sète famous for its bathing animation harbour at 42 km ; Montpellier the regional capital with the Musée Fabre at 46 km ; Beziers well known for its many summer activities, and also Saint-Guilhem le Desert or 9 locks Fonséranes , both World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
Meanwhile, the nature lovers will have to venture into the gorges of the Hérault to practice various water sports or head to the white sandy beaches of Marseillan at 25 km or Cap d' Agde at 35 km... the Parc Regional du Haut Languedoc and the environment of the lake Salagou guide more towards outdoor activities.

The cottage of 120 m² is very comfortably furnished for 5 people with a terrace at the front and another shaded at the rear. It has a private area of 300 m², among the 40 acres in the estate.
The large pool of 13mx4m with a depth betwwen 1.10m to 1.80m. Secured by an alarm, it is open from mid april to mid october and heated at 25° except in july and august.
The cottage has been completely renovated and a contemporary decoration contrasts with the nobility of the original materials. This balance and good taste provide undeniable charm and character to the whole. The furniture and fittings are of high quality.
Ground floor: kitchen and dining room very spacious, separate living room with wood stove, separate toilet and laundry.
First floor : 1 spacious bedroom with 160 bed, 1 room with 3 single beds and separate shower room with WC.
Unobstructed view of the surrounding hills. Sorry no pets allowed .
Charges to be paid locally :
Compulsory deposit of 400 € to be given on arrival
Compulsory final cleaning at 70 €
Power included in rent june to september and 40 € supplement for heating at Low Season
