The custom-designed Chef's kitchen features hickory wood cabinets, granite countertops, Wolf appliances, Sub-Zero fridge and freezer, a 105-bottle wine cooler, a Miele espresso machine, and a large island with seating for four. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. One guest bedroom also has a king bed and queen bed with an en suite bathroom, while the other guest bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Additional amenities include a full-size laundry room with an extra fridge and storage, and a hall half bathroom. The indoor/outdoor living space includes a screened-in, heated concrete pool surrounded by porcelain tile, a lounge area, and an outdoor kitchen with an ice machine, propane grill, and bar seating for six. The tropical landscaping features seven types of fruit trees, a walkable garden with stepping stones, an orchid haven, and beautiful flowering plants.
