Positive: Property was generally clean from inside. Kitchen has good set of utensils. All the light switches were marked.
Negative: Property is not well maintained by Vacasa , the rental company who maintains it. Many lights were not working. Even after reporting, it was not fixed. I had requested early check-in but was denied on the grounds of cleaning the property even though no one staying before us. And then the deck had dead bird right outside the door to the deck which was removed after informing them. One of the bedroom closet had a random piece of wood structure lodged between shelves. Gas fireplace stopped working during our stay even though the pilot light was on. It means they had not maintained the fireplace to ensure all parts are working. Even after reporting, no one came to even look at it let alone fix it. We had our dog with us but it almost got seriously injured when a broken piece under the dining table chair had an extremely sharp spear like point. Dogs have a tendency to go under the table and chair and was hit with the pointed edge. Luckily it didnโ€™t puncture the skin and. O blood came out. We moved that chair in a corner to avoid getting hit again. Pool table quality was bad and was hurriedly placed in a cramped up space just so that they can claim a pool table exists.
