Positive: Stunning view, very quite. No noise except boats - but it's just additional charm. The house is very big and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms (3 all in all). The way to the town takes only 3 mins by boat (to call beforehand via w/a). Highly recommend to those who are tired of city noise and want to wake up with this amazing view.
