Positive: Detailed instructions were sent well in advance and it was easy to collect the keys to the property.

Negative: The property did nit give us good information on how to get to the place. We had hired a car and GPS took us to a port but we didn't realise that we needed to take a ferry across to our place@Mennagio. It would have helped if the property had sent us the various options of reaching the place - we later discovered that we could have driven all the way too, which would have been a lot easier.

Summary: Fantastic, restful and beautiful location.
