This brightly decorated one bedroom apartment located in South Austin comes stocked with games, bar set-up and everything you would find on the Riverwalk. Designed around the San Antonio Riverwalk it's filled with perfect pieces that make for an a total photo op experience.
Unit has 1 Q bed, 1 Q air mattresses and a couch futon, crib and bassinet. Also full kitchen and dining area, work space and pool.
The Space:
Property has a large bedroom with a queen size bed, full size kitchen, walk in closet, large bathroom, dining room and living room. Living room has a comfy couch, 40" flat screen tv, work station with comfy rolling chair and a queen size air mattress. Also has a bright green futon couch and an insta worthy backdrop in living room for great friend pix before the party. Unit also has a bassinet and crib if needed.
This space has a gas flame stove with new kitchen ware, blender, coffee maker, microwave and all sorts of cooking utensils. Be sure to cool off with water from our brita water container to help reduce our carbon footprint. Kitchen also has dining space for 6 as well as a hot water kettle, kuerig and guacamole and salsa bowls and a heart shaped waffle maker.
Property has EXTREMELY fast fiber internet and the air blows very cold. Have you had a long day at work and need to enjoy a bath? Relax with some of our local made eucalyptus bath salts and a good book. Enjoy one of our fun rainy day games in the living room with your friends.
Our place is meant to bring you peace. Close the door to the outside world and enjoy the solitude of our space. This space IS available for longer term stays and perfect for anyone who might need a space near the local hospital. Parking is free and you have access to the laundry facilities which are downstairs from your space. The pool may be smaller but it stays cool and can give you a bit of relief on a hot summer day.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as access to the parking lot, laundry facilities and the swimming pool.
The master closet is walk in size and there is additional closet space in the living room. We provide a laundry basket, iron and ironing board as well as extra linens, towels, pillows and comforters for the air mattress.

South Austin is brimming with places to see, things to do and stuff to enjoy along its lush, tree-dense boulevards.
