We foresee the new, spacious and elegantly designed, three bedrooms-one bath-property being a big hit with families looking for a five-star vacation home, close to the beach, as well as some of the most popular Puerto Rico destinations like, El Yunque rainforest, Luquillo kiosks where are you can horseback riding or jet skiing.
You are literally walking distance to a gorgeous and spectacular beach with an excellent choice of restaurants as well as a few places to grab a nice cold drink while you are enjoying the beach . We have a Beach cart with beach chairs and towels for you to take your 7 to 10 minutes stroll-walk to the beach..
You will typically find a few horses grazing in the huge lot across the street from the house. We do not recommend petting however, they are beautiful to take pictures of..
This is Puerto Rico, and being so close to the beach. You will find several stray cats that love to be petted, and if cats are not your thing, just ignore and keep going. .🇵🇷😎❤️🏖️

24 hour security cameras outside. House allows private parking for two vehicles directly across the street in front of the home.
Other things to note
We decided to permanently move and purchase a home here in Puerto Rico. Our goal is to have our guest enjoy this home as much as we do feeling relaxed, settled, and comfortable as if they were in their own home.
If you are looking for a place to party, with loud music, this is not the place. Parties are not accepted… if police are called, you will need to vacate immediately!

Throw rubbish away please shut off the air. Air-Conditioning lock the door and send a text letting us know you have left. Keys are left on the table.
