Positive: The location right in the heart of Göreme yet with a tucked away private feel. And the views! Comfy Beds and excellent showers . And the views from the terraces and restaurant. Mostly it was the kindness , warmth and genuine attention of everyone who worked here. In particular Fatima who greeted us every morning at breakfast as if she was welcoming family . She greeted us warmly and personally, remembered our favourite items and truly made us feel like the most treasured guests. Having worked in luxury hotels most of my career I can say that Fatima is exactly who every company hopes to have on their team and is exactly the person every guest appreciates.
