This unique beachfront home located on the desirable west coast of Nevis is the perfect location for a family vacation, or a roomy getaway for just a small group. The property sleeps up to 10 people in the main house and two guest cottages, located on a private one-acre property with waves lapping at the shore. Renovated bathrooms throughout. Almost a resort on its own, the house includes a pool, BBQ, kayak, ping pong, hammock, and of course, the beachfront location. Located near restaurants and other watersports.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with pillow-top king bed and newly remodeled bathroom with twin sinks and large shower with Kohler fixtures and mahogany vanity; French doors leading out to pool deck, A/C, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: Guest room with new organic latex pillow-top king bed with large windows providing full ocean view, ceiling fan with newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with mahogany vanity and shower.
Bedroom 3: Large childrenโs or guest room with twin beds, with new organic latex mattresses, adjacent to small room with single day bed, ceiling fans.
Bathroom: Hall bathroom for bedroom 3, newly remodeled with tub and shower and mahogany vanity. Bathroom adjacent to bedroom 2, newly remodeled with showe and mahogany vanity.
Office: Small office/sitting room adjacent to additional screened in porch with teal cushioned lounge chairs also directly accessible from Bedroom 3.

Cottage 2 (front): Second cottage right at the edge of the sea with queen bed, newly remodeled bathroom, kitchenette, ceiling fan.
