Positive: What an outstanding property! The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially at the restaurant. The premises are just beautiful, very thoughtful architecture and high quality materials. Exquisite food with great choice and quality. We have been there four times now and will most certainly return.

Negative: This time, the kids club was below par, especially the afternoon staff seems to have been unqualified, our daughter reported being yelled at several times and afternoon staff seem not able to moderate adequately and create an inclusive environment.
