Positive: We loved the view, parking was just fine for one car, location to town was perfect, and just a short walk to the beach. Loved the fact that we could bring our dog and she had plenty of space. The beds were super comfortable and we loved having a fan and TV in each room. Kitchen had everything you need to do your basic beach vacay cooking for family.

Negative: Booking this place seemed like a nightmare.. They rent this out through Vacasa and between them and booking.com they must not have good communication with one another because I would get the same repetitive information from the 2 a lot. When we went to check-in we were told by booking.com that we had to stop at the Avon Vacasa office to pick up keys & a package and the lady at the desk looked at me like I was crazy.. Vacasa app said we had an access code & she told us to use that & she told us we could check-in early at 4pm- perfect! However, that was not true.. we got to the location and the access code would not work. Finally got ahold of someone through booking.com and they told us the code wouldn’t work until stated check in until 5pm.. that would have been fine if we both didn’t have to use the restroom after our long drive.. even telling them that they still told us we had to wait. Furthermore, our neighbor was sweet, but we could hear everything when we were both outside on our patios. Amenities such as beach accessories were limited, living room furniture was out dated & worn down significantly. If you’re going to leave a “welcome gift” it shouldn’t be extra cleaning supplies as we pay a cleaning fee..
