This new retreat boasts direct sailboat water access to Charlotte Harbor with 109 feet of water frontage, a concrete dock with water and electricity, and a 12,000-lb boat lift. The boat ride through the sparkling canals will take around 20 minutes, so bring your boat and your life vests and get ready for a memorable adventure! You will be located within a short driving distance of great attractions, including King Fisher Fleet, Peace River Wildlife Center, Gilchrist Park, Laishley Park, Center For Performing Arts, Ponce De Leon Park, and Military Heritage Museum. Punta Gorda Airport is six miles away.
When it comes to outdoor living, this canal-front gem boasts a screened lanai with a saltwater heated pool facing the canal. Spend your evenings cooling down in the pool while the grilling master of the group surprises everyone with delicious grilled burgers and hot dogs. The patio features poolside loungers where you can sunbathe after a refreshing splash in the pool and the veranda has Natilus electric roll-down hurricane shutters and an outdoor dining area.

The home has a split floor plan that works great for entertaining company. The spacious primary suite enjoys a walk-in closet, a smart TV, sliders overlooking the pool and canal, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms allow for privacy with a second bath that also has access to the veranda/pool area.
