Immaculate, bright and airy split-level home with central air conditioning throughout the entire house. The open kitchen and dining area has sliders to spacious deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening dinner with family and friends. There's room for 8 at the outdoor table which includes an umbrella if you need a break from the summer sun. Entertain your family and friends by cooking a delicious summer barbeque on the gas grill which is located on the deck connecting to the kitchen and dining area (grilling utensils are provided for occupants).
There's room for the whole family in this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Hardwood flooring throughout all bedrooms. Downstairs there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer. Cozy up on the couches in the living area for those rainy days and binge your favorite show on the 42" flat screen TV.
Rinse off and cool down in the fully enclosed, hot and cold water outdoor shower which also has a separate dry changing area.
There are 6 beach chairs provided, 10 beach towels, toy buckets, shovels and sand toys for your day at the beach! Kelly Beach is just a short mile bike ride away and Narragansett Town Beach is 4 miles away. INCLUDES 4 NARRAGANSETT BEACH PASSES!
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
