Payment Terms – if you’re booking within 30 days of arrival the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival 50% to be paid at time of booking and the balance taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings for arrivals between December 20 and January 31: 50% will be taken at the time of booking and the balance taken in the 1st week of December. Any bookings made past December 1 for these dates the full amount will be taken at time of reservation.
