From a fabulous rooftop deck to the beautiful outdoor area that features a private heated pool with spa, to water views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Bay throughout the home on the multiple covered decks and patios, and oh so much more! We have thought of everything you'll want in a luxury Anna Maria Island vacation rental home! And while you may fall in love with all of the exterior features of Tropical Hideaway, we know that you will equally love all that the interior has to offer as well.
On the second level of this home, you will find 5 bedrooms. Four of the rooms feature king-sized beds, private baths and large flat-screen TVs. The 5th bedroom features bunk beds. Directly across the hall from the bunk room is a full bath for this room as well as for guests using the common lounge area. All of the bedrooms are decorated with fun and coastal themes! Three of the king rooms have direct balcony access on this level, and all the bathrooms feature large walk-in showers.
Two bedrooms are located on the upper level of this home, and this is where the main living area is located. Both rooms feature king-sized beds and large flat-screen TVs. The first room has access to the full bath across the hall.
The second is the master bedroom featuring private balcony access, a huge bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a stylish soaking tub. Custom tile work, flooring, wood trim, and hardware has been installed throughout this luxurious home.

Summary: The location is perfect. Within walking distance of restauants, shops, beaches and a quick, easy walk to the free island trolley! We were a family of 11, adults and kids, and had plenty of room. The rooftop deck offered amazing sunrises and sunsets and the bedroom balconies have beautiful views. We had a great time.The property needs some attention, though. Providing a broom at an island getaway would go a long way, as people are constantly coming off of the beach. The pool/spa heater wasn't working. Someone came to look at it and said we could have the pool heated or the spa, but not both, as it was broken. We chose the pool so the kids could have fun and were told someone would be out the next day to fix it. No one ever showed. That was on day 2 of 7. We never even got to use the spa. We were also told they service the pool twice a week. Someone called to say they'd be there one afternoon. Again, no one ever came. Additionally, the furniture in the main living space is incredibly dirty and stained. Thankfully the weather was amazing and we got to spend a lot of time at the beach. We didnt know what we'd get mid-December.Having a garbage and refrigerator on the patio or lower level is needed. It was hard to grill out on the patio when the kitchen is on the third floor and you have to haul everything back and forth. Of course, we also understand we were there shortly after the island opened back up from the hurricanes, so it's possible they may have been there before.
