Le chalet comprend 2 chambres complètes avec lit queen, 1 salle de bain complète et 1 salle d'eau avec salle de lavage, toutes deux à l'étage, veranda 3 saisons avec moustiquaires protecteurs, cuisine complète (équipée) avec four au gaz, foyer au bois et sous-sol de plus de 6 pieds de haut complètement aménagé avec un futon. Beaucoup de rangement. Pédalo, canot et kayak disponibles sur place.
Internet haute vitesse et câble inclus. Super pour le télétravail.

Plages publiques, bibliothèque municipale, patinoire, parc pour enfants, terrain de baseball, piste d'hébertisme et terrain de tenis à quelques minutes seulement du chalet.

Sentier Écologique du Petit Castor vous conduit aux magnifiques cascades. Plusieurs kilomètres de sentiers aménagés menants à des belvédères.
Le Sentier du Ruisseau du Diable vous offre un autre belle promenade à pied et aussi aménagé pour le vélo.
Le Mont-Limoge d'une altitude de 415 mètres vous offre plusieurs sentiers panoramiques, entre autre, sur la rivière Le Lièvre et les deux lacs du Cerfs.
Sentier de ski de fond avec refuge; 4 km de pistes intermédiaire-difficile et 5.2 km de pistes faciles.
Sentier de raquette avec refuge; 3 boucles faciles variant de 1km à 4km et une plus difficile de 750 mètres.

Le parc linéaire "Le P'tit Train du Nord" stationnement à Val-Barrette à 20 minutes du chalet. Un piste de 13km vers Mont-Laurier tout asphalté depuis 2003.
