Summary: I was highly disappointed because my boyfriend and I drove 2 hours to enjoy our romantic getaway for the weekend. The customer service was great but when we arrived to our room I was upset because I specifically booked that room just to have the bay scenery but instead we seen the overgrown bushes. The temperature in the shower was cold and some of the outlets wasn't working. We called the front desk for new towels but they didn't answer the phone so I had to purchase my own towels from Walmart . I didn't have a problem with the construction site.
