This ground floor unit is in the desirable Harbour Oaks community where you cannot get any closer to all that St. Simons has to offer! To the left just a couple of blocks is the Pier Village where you will find all of your dining, shopping, and sight seeing needs including the fishing pier, light house, and Fun Zone with a public swimming pool and putt putt course. To the right you are less than half a mile from the best beaches on St. Simons and the Coast Guard Station. You will even be within walking distance to St. Simons' newest attraction - the pickleball courts! In this unit you will enjoy a spacious living area with hardwood floors, brand new carpeting in the master bedroom, large remodeled master bath, new linens, and new stainless appliances in the kitchen as well as a separate reading area off the living room. Fitness center, tennis courts, and pool are located on site as well as an assigned covered parking space. The beds in this unit include a queen in the master and 2 twins in the second bedroom, each featuring private baths. The pool at Harbour Oaks is open year round but is not heated. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED.
