Comfortably sleeps 20 with king beds (2), queen bed (1), bunk beds (1 set), futons (2), and air mattresses (4). Plenty of sheets, comforters, and pillows for everyone. Enjoy beautiful views from every angle and room of this home. Huge Kitchen (fully stocked with appliances and utensils) with High Herringbone Ceilings, NEW APPLIANCES and plenty of storage. Open concept floor plan. Family room adjoins the Kitchen, Dining area, Wall of Windows and a wood burning Fireplace!! Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and had excellent communication with the property owner. The house was clean, has very comfortable beds and there is seating in the dining room/bar area for 12. It doesn't show in the photos, but they have 4 stools at the bar area. The property was quiet, beautiful, and peaceful. Perfect for our family gathering. Across the road from the house is a nice wooded area (no houses, so it's perfect for family photos). We had fun playing shuffleboard and also enjoyed just taking a walk along the road with our family. Bring your binoculars and/or zoom camera to the San Bernard National Wildlife Refuge (it's about a 30 minute drive from the house.) We saw a few alligators, sandhill cranes (way off in the distance - hence the need for binoculars), and coots. It made for a nice little family outing. If you go to the wildlife refuge, be sure to bring insect repellant - there were lots of mosquitos there. We had absolutly no bug problems at the house - mosquitoes or otherwise.
