Beautiful, spacious house in the idyllic Kaunertal with fireplace / garage / WiFi - wif | Ski Chalet in Kaunertal

(SEE ENGLISH BELOW) Our house is spread over three floors. In the high attic with exposed beams you will find a cozy bedroom with its own bathroom and the real highlight of the house - a living room of over 50 square meters with a fireplace, comfortable armchairs, sofa, a large table with 8 chairs, a daybed to relax (or as a comfortable one Sleeps 2 more people), a TV and two balconies. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub), a spacious hallway and a large, well-equipped kitchen with a comfortable corner bench. From the kitchen you enter the large sun terrace.
The whole house is characterized by its generosity and coziness. A ski room with a ski boot dryer is available in the basement.
Parking is next to the house, you can also use our garage for free. (a place for "normal" cars)
Free fast fiber WiFi / WIFI
Wood for the fireplace is available free of charge in the garage.
Dog by arrangement. We charge a total of € 25 for a dog for the increased cleaning effort.
Bed linen and towels are of course included.

The QUELLALPIN, a modern spa with swimming pool, fitness, sauna area, bowling alley, restaurant etc. is only 150m away. In winter (October to the end of May) our guests have exclusive FREE entry to the Quellalpin swimming pool & fitness, in summer our guests receive a 50% discount on the swimming pool. (The Quellalpin is from May 22, 20 to June 10, 20 wg .. Revision work closed)
Free ski bus to our beautiful, snow-sure glacier area (about 30 minutes to the slopes). Skiing is usually possible there until the end of May, the ski area is never overcrowded, there are no long lines at the lifts. To Serfaus / Fiss you need about 30 minutes by car.
The 25 km long cross-country ski run Kaunertal starts right in front of our house. The natural toboggan run is only a few meters away. Likewise, many hiking trails start right behind our house, which lead you to the highest peaks. The Kaunertal is an Eldorado for hikers who love solitude and an almost untouched mountain world far away from the trade fair tourism.
In the beautiful, quiet Feichten there is a well-stocked grocery store, two sports shops with ski rental, various restaurants and bars and an ATM. Everything is easy to reach on foot. In the basement of the house you will find a ski room for your equipment with a ski boot dryer.
For a dog (by arrangement) we charge € 25 per stay.

IN THE BIG LIVINGROOM WITH THE WOODEN ROOF YOU FIND A FIREPLACE, COMFORTABLE SOFA AND ARMCHAIRS, A BIG TABLE WITH 8 CHAIRS, A TV AND A BIG DAYBED, WITH CAN BE USE AS A ADDITIONAL BED FOR TWO PERSONS. WE HAVE THREE BEDROOMS, EACH WITH A DOUBLEBED, THREE BATHROOMS, A BIG, WELL EQUIPED KITCHEN WITH TYPICAL TYROLEAN SITTING CORNER, A BIG TERRACE AND SERVERALS BALCONIES AND A LITTLE GARDEN. WE DO HAVE A GARAGE AND A HEATED ROOM FOR YOUR SPORT EQUIPMENT. LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED BY US.
IN THE FIRST FLOOR WE HAVE TWO FURTHER SMALL APARTEMENTS. NEARBY OUR HOUSE YOU WILL FIND THE QUELLALPIN, A SPA WITH POOL, GYM, SAUNA AND SO ON. POOL AND GYM ARE FREE FOR OUR GUESTS! THE SAUNA ENTRANCE IS REDUCED FOR OUR GUESTS (€ 13 INSREAD OF € 17 PER PERSON) Please Notice: The Quellalpin is closed in JUNE.
OUR VILLAGE WEICHEN IS LOCATED IN THE KAUNERTAL IN THE TYROLEAN ALPS. A PLACE WITH STILL A SECRET. SILENT. RELAXED. SURROUNDED BY GREAT NATURE AND MAJESTIC MOUNTAINS. A PARADISE FOR HIKING OR CLIMBING! OUR GLACIER AT THE END OF THE VALLEY IS PERFECT FOR SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING FROM OCTOBER TILL MAY. THE SKIAREA IS NEVER OVERGROWDED. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES TOO. A FREE SKIBUS OR YOUR OWN CAR BRINGS YOU IN 30 MIN FROM THE VILLAGE TO THE WONDERFUL SLOPES. TO SERFAUS IT IS 30 MIN BY CAR.
IN THE VILLAGE WE HAVE SEVERAL RESTAURANTS AND BARS, TWO SPORTSHOPS WHERE YOU CAN RENT EQUIPMENT, A SUPERMARKET, A SPA WITH POOL, GYM AND SAUNA.
