Framed by breathtaking mountain ranges, and highlighted by a picturesque pond in the foreground, The Ponds at Foxhollow offers one and two bedroom condominiums that reside on a 223 acre estate sheltered by towering pine trees. These condominiums are specifically designated for timesharing or rental purposes.
Of the 48 condominium units at the Ponds at Foxhollow, each unit includes a master bedroom with king-sized bed, a master bathroom with Jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with a double sleeper sofa and a deck overlooking the pond. Your unit has a fireplace, television, stereo, and DVD player, while all two bedroom units have a loft sitting room, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another full bath upstairs in this well appointed condo. For your convenience, wireless Internet access is available in all units and the Clubhouse at no charge.
The Ponds at Foxhollow offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, locker rooms with showers, wireless internet throughout the resort, a library, computer room and personal business office, games, puzzles, a selection of outdoor/athletic/sporting equipment for your use, a movie rental selection, and much more. On the grounds you will find outdoor tennis courts, a putting green, shuffleboard and bocce courts, basketball courts, a playground, rowboats and canoes for use on site, 200 acres to walk, hike, bike or cross country ski, and gas barbecue grills!
