This contemporary beach house on stilts was recently remodeled in 2022, contains all new beds and furniture, and has been fully repainted, interior and exterior. It comes with modern essentials, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a jetted tub in the main bath, a brand-new central air-conditioning installation, and a Peloton exercise room (must have own Peloton account). The kitchen has butcher block countertops, a professional pallet wall, a coffee maker and blender, new gourmet pots and pans, and loads of cabinets filled with kitchen supplies. WiFi and smart TVs provide online access and digital entertainment. This beach house is fully equipped with indoor and outdoor games and puzzles, baby/child items, and all the fun beach toys, boogie boards, towels, and coolers you’ll need to make this the beach trip of a lifetime!
Enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the beautiful decks while drinking a glass of wine or having a cocktail, grill and eat on the deck with ocean views, have a family game night, or play outdoor games and chill downstairs under the house in the shade or the large fenced lot.
You will have more than enough space in Monkey Bar to plan fishing, swimming, surfing, and boating. Conveniently located near the boat launch - Monkey Bar has it all!

Due to fluctuating tap water quality in the Village of Surfside Beach, it is recommended to bring bottled water for drinking and/or cooking during your stay. During times of elevated water contaminants, water coming from the faucets and toilets may have a yellow tint. The water is safe for bathing.
