Welcome to our fully furnished beautiful detached split level home situated in a cul-de-sac in a very nice neighbourhood. Fleetwood is one of the safest and greenest neighbourhoods in Greater Vancouver.
Yes, this beautiful split level home is in a unique setting!! It’s in the city, minutes away from luxurious Guildford Mall, state of the art Guilford swimming pool and recreation centre, transit, sky train, Highway 1 etc. Yet it’s seconds away from beautiful Green Timbers Lake and nature trails! Green Timber’s lake is a fishing lake which is authorized to fish all year long. In the winter it’s a winter wonderland and ice fishing is a huge attraction. In the summer it’s a paradise with lots of nature trails. All this is in just 1 minute walk from our home!
You can enjoy the entire main floor of the house with 3 bedrooms, big kitchen, dining room, laundry, comfortable living room, spacious deck, big front yard, and garage all to yourself. There’s lots of free parking on the driveway and on the street as well.
The house opens to a outdoor patio and a large backyard. In the summer, there is a large outdoor dining table with chairs in the patio for you to spend a wonderful brunch or dinner at sunset while enjoying the natural ambience. The lush backyard has a tree line for privacy and backed onto a walking trail. Both back and front yards gets plenty of natural sunlight and refreshing air. Everything is set up for your convenience! This is a highly residential, very safe, beautiful neighborhood.

This house is in a very central location.
- It’s only 5 minutes from the Trans Canada Highway 1 exit.
- 5 minutes drive to King George Sky train station which will take you anywhere in the lower mainland. i.e. Vancouver Downtown, Airport etc.
- Bus route in walking distance which has a bus every 5 minutes.
- Guiilford Mall, all kinds of restaurants, banks, supermarkets, parks, schools, walking trails and even a fishing lake and a recreation center with a indoor swimming pool, football, tennis courts, table tennis and a library, is in walking distance.
- few minutes walk or drive to shops and amenities such as Walmart, Tim Horton's, , Starbucks, A&W Burger, Subway, popular Chinese Korean restaurants, Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy, sushi restaurants, pizza parlours, bubble tea shops, pho restaurants, TD, RBC, BMO, CIBC banks, Yoga places, Canadian Superstore and various Asian supermarkets such as T&T (Chinese), HanNam (Korean and Japanese) and Hen Long (SE Asian).

- It's a 40 minutes drive to Mount Seymour, Cypress and Grouse Mountains for hiking in summer and skiing in winter.
- It's an hour drive to Cultus Lake, Bridal Falls, Cascade Fall and other scenic locations in beautiful British Columbia.
SPECIAL NOTES;
1-This is a split level house and it has 2 levels. You will be occupying the main level of the house. 2 levels are completely independent from each other and you will not be sharing any space with anyone. Basically you will not even feel that there is another level when you are occupying the house.
2- There are security cameras fixed inside the property facing the front porch and the driveway. Camera will be on during your stay. It will capture the guests entering and exiting the property. Camera is fixed in line with the legal requirements and notices are pasted on front door informing the public regarding the cameras.
3- You have to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 if you are having a celebration/gathering at this property. That amount will be refunded when you are checking out if there are no damages or additional cleaning to the property. You can pay that amount via this platform or via etransfer. If you pay it via this platform it will charge fees and the amount refunded will be after the fees. If you pay via e transfer, if there are no damages or additional cleaning you will get the full amount refunded.
4- you have to make sure that you mention the EXACT number of people entering the property in your reservation to avoid any inconveniences later as there are security cameras fixed and it will capture the number of people entering the property. There is an additional charge of $10 per guest per night beyond 6 guests.
