Perfect for a fun-filled vacation with friends and family! Step inside to find a bright and welcoming living space with vaulted ceilings, gorgeous floors, lots of comfortable furniture, and lots of attractive decor throughout. The upstairs living space features an open concept that combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas, so you can keep up on conversation, no matter what room you're in. After a day on the water, you can stream a fun movie night on the living room's wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space and cabinet storage, and a center prep island to help the group chef prepare delightful meals for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with partial bench seating and space for six. The kids will love taking their afternoon snacks from the four breakfast bar stools. You'll love exploring the many on-site amenities that include a shared pool and hot tub, a community grill, and a firepit, an ideal setting for some toasted S'mores and late-night stargazing. The home's private washer and dryer will keep everyone looking their best during your stay, and you can use the high-speed WiFi to download a good playlist to your device or research a fun outdoor adventure.
Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas.
